Becky’s Mystery banana

Banana discovered by Charles Portney and named after his daughter. It is very hardy, somewhat frost resistant, very rarely falls over even with extremely heavy fruit stalk, is firm, and has complex and pleasing taste. Delicious eaten fresh, in baked goods, in smoothies and making frozen yogurt desserts.
