Yes, due to the SARS-COV2 virus, our face-to-face trips and meetings have been canceled. We have started doing them on Zoom but miss the casual snack table chats about what’s going on in our orchards and in our dreams of future fruit. So, here you are, the long yearned-for, and now updated, CRFG-WLA Forum.
If you are a chapter member, your username is your last name (couples, please use the one attached to the email address you joined with). This is brand-new for us and supposedly you have been assigned a password which is the same as the 5-digit zip code you registered with. If this doesn’t work for you, let us know and we will send you a site-generated password (great, something else to remember). There will definitely be growing pains so please be patient. I have just updated our Users to reflect all the new members that have joined us this past year. (thank you!) If you changed your password yourself, it should not have been changed by these additions, but truly anything is possible in these apocalyptic days. Again, just let us know if you have any problems.
If you are not a chapter member, you will be able to read posts in this forum section (though perhaps not others in the future). To be able to post questions, etc, however, you will have to register. Since that is also still a work in progress, please Contact Us and we will try to make it happen.

Free plants, fruit, etc!
Okay, in the absence of in-person meetings, a lot of us are accumulating plants we would ordinarily offer for raffle, or fruit we would ordinarily bring to share. This is where you can post what you have and are willing to give away, especially to anyone who would put a few coins in the chapter piggy bank (so we can afford some really spiffy Zoom meetings until life gets back to normal)

Stuff for sale
I noticed some members have been posting fruit trees for sale in the Growing Fruit forum. This is where it should be posted here on in.

Using Fruit
All of us end up with a glut of something at some point or other. Here is where you can share your best notions or recipes for preserving or otherwise taking advantage of the orchard's bounty.

Okay, the official (deciduous) Scion Exchange season is over but many of us still have stuff to share. Feel free to put it here.
